All Redding Reloading Equipment has been carefully inspected prior to shipment and is fully warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for life. Imperial and SAECO products now manufactured by Redding carry the same warranty.

Any products or parts which prove to be defective will be replaced or repaired without charge if returned prepaid to the factory.

Note: We reserve the right to decline responsibility where misuse, or careless handling is evident or where repairs or modifications have been made or attempted by others.

Product Return for Repair

In the event you run into an issue please contact the Redding Reloading Equipment Customer Service Technical Team. Redding does not require prior authorization or issue an RMA#, however we may be able to help you quickly correct the issue without the need to ship the product back.

If the product has to be returned to the factory, please fill out the Service Request Form and include it with the product.

Service Request Form

Please review the checklist below to ensure that everything is complete before sending your Redding Reloading Equipment back to the factory for investigation and/or repair.

  • Please include a copy of the Service Request Form.
  • Service Request Form is completely fill out, legibly, with as much detail as possible regarding the issue that you are experiencing.
  • No live ammunition, powder, primers, or primed cases.  They will not be returned and could possibly be illegal to ship.
  • If sending a die(s) please include the components used (brass and bullets only).
  • If sending a Full Length (FL) or Body Die back for headspace/shoulder bump issues please include the shellholder and five (5) fired cases.
  • If returning a SAECO mould please include sample casts from all moulds.  We do not need the handles unless it is for a mould that is not closing properly, “fins” or whiskers on a bullet, or bad parting line.

Shipping Tips

Please utilize a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Package products securely, preferable in its original packaging.  The die boxes work great and provide protection during transit.  For scales and powder measures, please secure all items as some of the components could become loose and suffer irreparable damage.

International Warranty Returns

It is very important that you indicate that the products are being returned for warranty repair to avoid reapplication of any duties or tariffs during transit back to Redding.  Any such fees will be the responsibility of the sender and not Redding Reloading Equipment.
