The New York State Department of Labor and the US Department of Labor requires that we, as employers provide you with the opportunity to electronically download and review copies of the required labor law postings for employees of companies having more than 4 employees. This simple download list provides you with the mandated access and availability of the postings.  It will be updated as the State of NYmodifies, deletes or adds any additional documents for your review.
